The new Saga, like its predecessors, should be the norm among taxi operators in Malaysia. The car is not designed to accommodate a tank of compressed natural gas. A taxi company Orange Malaysia Sdn Bhd Innovasi Timur has installed a CNG higher with the support of NGV cylinders changed so that more space for luggage.
There is ample room for five adults Malay medium and larger than the old Saga. High-end versions (currently M-Line) with a series of 14-inch wheels and 185/65 R14 tires equipped for better traction, the car with a stronger braking power and better handling. Only one airbag for the driver is also equipped for the M-line. However, the car is not equipped with ABS.
